An Italian-style dream overlooking the Faraglioni for a US couple!
Coming all the way from the United States, Anna and Barry chose the scenic views of Capri to celebrate their love. When they asked us to plan a wedding for them inspired by Capri’s “Dolce Vita”, overlooking the Faraglioni rocks, our wedding board was immediately filled with ideas, details and palettes that could make their big day, truly unique.
Planning a wedding with non-Italian, in this case even non-European, protagonists would have been difficult for any wedding planner, but not for us who provide a 360° service thanks to Capri My Day Living. So we identified the venues that would have been the backdrop of their big adventure, starting from the one that would have welcomed them to the one that would have hosted them – Villa Brunella and Villa Marina.
For Barry and the beautiful Anna, made even brighter by BeautyLivery, we thought of a symbolic rite ceremony in the wonderful Gardens of Augustus: a large terrace overlooking the Faraglioni and the beautiful Marina Piccola bay, one of the most exclusive locations in Capri, made even more evocative by the sweet sound of Gianpaolo Tani’s violin and Sabasax’s sax that accompanied them in this exciting moment. Domenico Ruggiero took care of the floral arrangements, while photographer Umberto D’Aniello captured the magic of the moment. Finally, DJ Fabio Vuotto made those present groove.
And so after the ceremony, it was time for the reception: for Anna and Barry we planned a reception on the Canzone del Mare terraces, overlooking the sea and the spectacular Faraglioni rocks. The wonderful view appreciable from there was the gift that the island gave to our newlyweds on their most beautiful day.
